Sign-in trouble
Sign-in is by magic link from the account page. If the link doesn’t arrive, check spam for mail from bicycle.guide, then request a fresh one — links expire quickly by design. Still stuck? Email us with the address you used.
Purchases and refunds
A purchase unlocks the guide’s paid tier on every Bicycle Guide site, signed in with the same email. Refunds within 14 days, no interrogation — see the terms. Include your purchase email so we can find the order.
Found an error in a guide?
Tell us. Guides are cited per claim, so name the section and we’ll check it against the sources and correct it in place. This is the most useful email you can send us.
