Baby Name Guide publishes guides built from a field’s actual literature, cited per claim. Reading the free tier requires nothing from you. Buying a guide is governed by the terms below.
What a purchase gets you
Buying a guide unlocks its paid tier — the playbook layer and downloadable take-aways (EPUB/PDF) — for your personal use, on this site and every other site in the Bicycle Guide family, for as long as we operate. It is a license to read and use, not to republish: please don’t redistribute the paid content.
Refunds
If a guide isn’t what you hoped, email mike@peopleanalyst.comwithin 14 days of purchase and we’ll refund it. A refund ends access to the paid tier — that’s the honest half of the same deal.
What we promise about the content
Guides are grounded in the books and research they cite and reviewed before publishing. They are educational material, not professional advice — where your situation has legal, medical, or financial stakes, the guide is where you start, not where you stop.
Accounts
Accounts are free and sign in by magic link. You’re responsible for access to your own email address. We may close accounts that abuse the service; a closed account with purchases keeps its refund rights.
The boring but necessary part
The service is provided as-is; our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us. We may update these terms — material changes will be dated here. Continued use after a change is acceptance of it.
